The Causeway Youth Exchange
Application Form has been designed to inform the Grants Committee about your proposed project. Please answer all the questions in black type with concise but detailed information to make it easier for your application to be assessed.

You must include the following when submitting the form:

• The programme of your project together.
• A fully completed budget with the grant requested from Causeway.
• Any other information about the project, or the young people, that you consider necessary.

Final Report Form
Please note that the Final Report must be submitted within four weeks of the completion of your exchange and if you have received funding towards both the hosting and sending legs of your exchange, then a separate report must be submitted for each.

The Causeway Special Project
